Who operates TransferBatch

Dennis Koshta operates TransferBatch, a production-preparation app for Shopify transfer shops.

Information used by the app

TransferBatch uses your Shopify shop identity, installation and authentication records, product and variant references, order and line references, payment and fulfillment status, quantities, and subscription status. It stores artwork you upload, approved print dimensions, variant mappings, production records, generated files and usage records.

The production order query does not request customer email, phone number or shipping address. Uploaded artwork and order labels may still contain personal information. Shopify webhook delivery and privacy requests may include additional identifiers or fields needed to handle the request. Do not upload information that is unnecessary for production.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate your store, match original artwork to ordered transfers, prepare and verify sheets, account for production and reprints, check subscription access, investigate errors and respond to data requests. Technical services also process connection information such as IP addresses when you access the app.

Service providers

Shopify provides the commerce platform, app authentication and hosted subscription approval. The website loads fonts from Shopify and Google; those providers receive connection information when the fonts are requested.

Storage and retention

Artwork and generated files are accessed through authenticated store routes. Issued files remain associated with their production records; repeated downloads do not create new production. Uninstalling disables app access and is distinct from completing data deletion.

Production-file, account-record and backup retention periods are not yet published. This preview is not a promise of automatic deletion or indefinite file availability. Public onboarding remains closed until the retention policy and its operation have been verified.

Access, correction and deletion requests

If you are a shop customer, contact the merchant you purchased from. The merchant controls its customer relationship and can submit the appropriate request through Shopify. Merchants can contact TransferBatch about app-held information using the privacy contact below. Identity and scope may need to be verified before records are provided or deleted.

A monitored privacy contact will be published before public onboarding.

Merchants remain responsible for copies they download and records held outside TransferBatch. Deleting app-held records cannot erase a file already downloaded to a printer or another system.
