TransferBatch

Service terms

Pre-launch preview. Public service information is being finalized; merchant subscriptions are not open through this website.

The service

TransferBatch prepares production sheets from supported individual-transfer Shopify orders and merchant-supplied original artwork. The merchant operates the printer, RIP, fulfillment and shipping workflow. Issuing or downloading files does not establish that an order was printed or fulfilled.

Your artwork and production choices

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process artwork. You retain your rights to it and authorize its processing to provide the service. Supply the correct variant mapping, print dimensions and color interpretation, and review the resulting files before printing. Do not upload harmful files or attempt to access another store’s information.

Files must meet the supported input and resource limits. TransferBatch may hold work when orders, artwork, subscription status or available resources cannot be verified. Packing is not guaranteed to be mathematically optimal, and printer color, material savings or business results are not guaranteed.

Subscription and allowance

The plan, price, billing interval and trial terms shown on Shopify’s approval page apply to your subscription. Review them before approving. Paid copy allowances use UTC calendar months, which can differ from Shopify’s charge dates. Preparing work reserves copies; issuing consumes the reservation. Deliberate reprints count as new production. Repeat downloads of retained issued files do not.

Trial allowance is a lifetime total for the store and does not reset on reinstall or at the start of a month. The app’s Billing screen displays the applicable allowance and access state. New work may be held after cancellation, expiry or a failed subscription check.

Records, cancellation and support

Use Shopify’s available subscription controls to manage the plan. Keep your own copies of files needed for production; availability follows the published retention policy. Removing the app ends access and starts the applicable platform data lifecycle. It does not erase files you have downloaded elsewhere.

A support contact will be published before merchant subscriptions open.

These service terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
